Steve Wilson started Design by Wilson in Adelaide in 1988 after completing his qualification in Architectural Design– Drafting from the South Australian Institute of Technology. He has completed a Housing Estimating and Scheduling qualification, and just recently has been given his Accreditation in House Energy Rating (WA/05/187).

In 1992 Design by Wilson began in Perth and since then Steve has been utilizing his knowledge of diverse Construction, Building Design and Architectual Drafting across WA.

Design by Wilson has been involved in numerous special projects in Perth ranging from :

• Award winning residential building designs for project builders
• Award winning building design for alteration and extensions to an existing residence

Steve noticed a need for a professional designer service to assist the people in Perth who wished to do their own supervising of their family home or extension, so in 2000 he started COMPLETE OWNER BUILDER SERVICES.
